Baking: Been exhausted lately - so I did some baking. One food blog I adore posted a recipe for Pretzel Rolls… how brilliant, I LOVE pretzels… Wanted to make them instantly!
Result: They. Came. Out. AMAZING!

Cooking: Made some non-traditional Pierogi [innards made from potatoes, carrots, garlic, and onion mashed up with spices; spinach wonton wrappers] for dinner and because I wanted something sweet a Pumpkin Brownie from scratch for dessert. I love half days off of work!
